Great product
I have a turtle in a 40 gallon tank. I got a bigger the necessary filter to give us room to grow if we decide down the road to get a bigger tank. The filter is very quiet and does a great job keeping the water clean. Very satisfied with this product.

Quiet & Versatile
I bought this filter for my 40 gallon freshwater tank. It is much quieter than the HOB filter I was using. The simplicity of the design and ability to easily use different types of filter media put the Eheim 2215 at the top of my list. I'm quite pleased with this filter and with AquaCave.

good filter
I have this 2215, the 2217 and the 2213. you want to get this model or the 2217. great filters. whisper quiet, no leaks and you can store a ton of media. there are no baskets so you just shove whatever you want in the canister. carbon bags, phosphate bags, purigen bags, i throw them all in there. doesn't have to be organized just throw them in there, done. simple. plus the biological media it comes with is VERY GOOD. A+

Quiet and efficient
Purchased Eheim to work with a box filter. It was easy to install and runs very quietly. There is ample room to add additional biological filter material. Very pleased in its performance and improvement of water quality. My discus are grateful also.

Quite simply, the best canister filter
I bought a 65 gallon tank 6 months ago, was using two back of the tank filters, but my tank was always cloudy, no matter how many times I cleaned it. I just bought this pump, which was a breeze to connect, and with in 2 hours, the water was crystal clear, it's a miracle! My tank is over stocked with about 45 fish of different breeds. I use to have only about 30, but I bought 4 swordtails, and 4 dalmatian mollies, both ate live bearers, now I gave a tank full of the little guys, with more on the way! Although I've only had this filter for one day,I can't say enough about it. I've tried several different filters, not one of which worked as well, and as fast, as this one, I'd highly recommend it!
