Great Salt Mix
First time buyer of Tropic Marin but have used other salts before. I have a 180gallon and do 30gallon water changes weekly or biweekly. I have used Reef Crystals which would leave pasty brown stuff on the bottom of my brute 32g and after 3 water changes would have to use vinegar to remove all the stuff left behind. I have used Instant Ocean but has always left white powdery coat on my brute and also mixing pump would also had to use vinegar to remove. I've also tried ESV Salt and I really liked this one as it would mixed clear and give excellent parameters only problem is it got to costly for me to buy. <br>Now for the Tropic Marin it mixes clear in less than 30minutes. No residue left whatsoever. Alk 9.8Dkh, Ca 420 Could not test other parameters as I don't have the test kits. I also use less cups to reach 1.026 S.G. Will definitely keep buying Tropic Marin.
