Tropic Marin Pro Reef Salt, 200 gal.

I've been using this salt for over a year, easy to mix, no residue left in the buckets. Fast delivery service at a lower price than anywhere else. I'll be using them again.

So I have been using this Salt mix for about two years now, and I had a friend that was in the hobby say to me, "I have been using this salt mix for about 10 years, it is hard to find sometimes but once you try it you will not go back." I asked him why,<br>he stated just try it and you will understand..... I tried it and he was right. It is clean, it is consistent, your corals seem to look better. I think it is the only salt mix that I have used that says mix to this salinity and you will get this many gallons of salt water,. I have had other that the package says 200 gallons, and they are right if you mix to a salinity of 1.020 you will get 200 gallons, but most reef aquarists mix to higher salinity levels than 1.020 .

Hands down this is the best salt I’ve used. Mixes clear. Holds up well in my storage container.

I had started with TM Pro Reef Salt but switched after watching the BRS series with WWC. What a mistake. Now I am back to TM Pro and slowly getting my tanks on the right path. TM Pro mixes clean and clear every time. Need I say more. Not changing again.

I've used so many different salts over the yeara and this one by far is the best. I find that I don't use as much as salt when I mix it for my 32 gallon drum for water changes. The other reason is thatbdalt doesn't leave that dreadful residues in my drum.

I have had a saltwater aquarium ever since under gravel filters were the new cutting edge technology! I have tried every salt under the sun.... some ok some bad but none that were great .. until now. Switched to this salt about 8 months ago and could not be happier! This salt mixes up Crystal clear in a matter of minutes. and parameters are always consistent .....I normally use it about 30 min after mixing. Corals show no sign of stress ( ie sliming ) when added to the tank. Coral colors have improved since using especially the blue corals. I would highly recommend this salt even though it’s expensive. When you have hundreds or thousands of dollars in your tank why risk it with a cheap salt?<br>

I can’t say it’s the best because I haven’t tried them all<br>But I will say my corals look more happy when compared to the other salts I have used<br>The first thing I noticed with this salt that by tank look more brighter and clear when compared with other salts I’ve used<br>Even my wife notice and she almost never notices change in the tank<br>My tank is just a regular 55 gallon with plain glass and we can see a difference <br>Also I must add I notice this faint sweet powder like sent since I stared using tropic Marin pro reef<br>Not to mention my alkalinity is more stable now<br>

I have used tropic marine for over 10 years it has been always consistent regarding calcium and magnesium. Alkalinity has been a little low for me. I keep my tank at 9dkh. The increase in price over the years is now a little steep especially when you are doing 50 to 80 Gallon water changes every 2 weeks. This salt is great for makeing it simple to replace all elements you need when used on a consistent water change schedule.

I have used Tropic Marin for 10 years now. All the parameters have been consistent which has helped me successfully grow sps corals.

I have used this product for a number of years with great results. I also have a Calcium Reactor. I use the Calcium Reactor to control alkalinity and together with small water changes I rarely need to supplement either Calcium or Magnesium. I have SPS, LPS and softies and all do well.

Delivered as expected. Should last awhile on my Nuvo 40. So far I have had no issues after a clean cycle. Would buy again.
