Easy Read
The item is easy to read and instructions are clear. The items don't really fit well in the nice box though, and the reagent is difficult to get into the vial. I always spill some of it! Overall makes records easy to keep.

Works well, easy to use - just keep a few things in mind
Only one reagent, similar to the PO checker. Works fine, I tested it by adding Red Sea iron to an empty 10g tank, the test came exactly at what RS claims the concentration should be. I will be using it for my algae growing tank where I want to keep iron higher. Keep in mind that it will likely read 0 in most reef tanks as the concentration of iron in SW is way below checker's capabilities. If you are however following the RS program they recommend keeping iron at 0.15ppm which I guess could be tested with this.

Handy Little Kit
What a great kit! I test water daily, and I've used several iron test kits. Each one had a flaw, for one reason or another. Not this one. It's self-contained, easy to use, and accurate. If you follow the directions you cannot screw it up!
