Corals Hit with Light from All Angles
The Straton’s larger light source makes it superior to other LEDs, because light radiates to your corals from all sides. Most other LED light sources are smaller and therefore, corals receive light predominately on one side.

Next Level LED Fixture from ATI
The name and legendary reputation of the ATI T5 bulbs, lives on and has been improved. The ATI Straton has impressed me beyond any expectations I had. <br><br>I am a reef lighting connoisseur! On my new cube, I have previously ran a Kessil A500X, a Radion G5 Pro and a Radion G5 Blue. All excellent LEDs in their own right. None even come close to the ATI Straton!<br><br>Never have I added an LED fixture and had ALL types of my corals respond almost instantaneous! I'm actually stunned that it grows corals this quickly and they extend polyps and tentacles like they do.<br><br>I have SPS, LPS, Mushrooms and a Zoa or two. Everything absolutely turned around with the addition of the Straton. PAR is excellent across the depth and reaching from the middle to the edge in coverage. There is a pre-configured setting with the Straton called "Mixed Mode" made for SPS and LPS tanks. It's more of a 12k look, but it is an excellent setting and your corals will love it!<br><br>I have my own customer setting that bumps up the UV a bit and looks more 14k. Oh did I mention UV? The ATI Straton has 18 UV and 18 Violet! No other LED fixture on the market comes with that amount of UV spectrum lighting. Why is that important? It mimics the sun's natural UV rays. UV is extremely important to corals and reef lighting. It gives the corals their color and growth.<br><br>Don't hesitate to buy the Straton. It's the best money you will ever spend on your reef tank. This isn't an advertisement, I did not get the light for free, nor have I personally ever spoke with anyone from ATI. It's just an engineering marvel that grows Coral like no other. <br><br>Build construction is absolutely 10/10. If you're like me and you take care of your equipment, that's important to you. It's SILENT, there are no fans. I have mine on 70% mounted 14 inches above my water surface and it runs 30C which is 86F. You can't get any cooler than that.<br><br>I can't type enough good things.
