Aqua UV Replacement Bulb for UV Sterilizer, 25W

I have always enjoyed using AquaCave for the products that I must have for my pond.  I appreciate the manner in which my order was handled from beginning to end.

Upon receiving my package which was first class mail boxed. The box was damaged and had a mail sticker on it stating that box was damaged. No other info. I stopped the mailman and he got a good piece of my mind. How could they deliver it as such. Did get any help from him.<br>I called Aquacave and spoke with the customer support person. He said to take pictures of box and forward them to him if the light bulb is damaged. With this info I opened the box and the tube holding the bulb was wet, but not broken. I plugged the new bulb in and everything seems to be working.<br>Thank you Aquacave for willing to stand behind their product even though the damage was no fault of theirs.

well worth the money been using Aqua UV for 5 years now .

I have been using a 25W UV Sterilizer for 14 years and I have never had a bulb change out go so smoothly.<br>The bulbs I had been using were difficult to remove and reinstall. For some reason the prongs were just tough to get in and out. This bulb went right in without needing to wiggle it around and use a large amount of force. I will be ordering my bulbs from AquaCave from now on. AquaCave has become my go to site when I am in need of any product large to as small as a bulb. Thank you!
