UV Sterilizer Is The Way To Go
I have a 1,500-gallon koi pond. It has a commercial sand filter and a UV sterilizer. These Aqua UV Replacement Bulbs last me about a year each and do an excellent job of killing single-celled algae and bacteria that could otherwise build up, making the water a soupy pea green color. It is the way to go!
