    Excellent All the way Around

I first ordered an Eheim pump rated at 1350 to replace my MagDrive 9.5 for my 180 gallon reef tank. I thought the Eheim would be an upgrade, however, it didn't push as much water as the Mag. I then ordered this beauty and I am thrilled. First, compared to the Eheim, this pump is much larger and substantial. In general, it performs as advertised and pushes the water through beautifully. The build of this pump is solid and does not feel cheap. If you are looking for silence, this pump provides it. Of course, I have, pumps on my UV and my skimmer and I have powerbeads, but this pump adds no noise to the bunch. I've touched it a few times and it has never felt hot. I've had no temperature fluctuations with it. I've had Sicce pumps before, and have never been disappointed. Eheim and Sicce are both supposed to be good pumps, I think I'm sticking with Sicce.
