Truly a workhorse
These Sicce protein skimmer pumps are nearly bulletproof in my experience. I have one running 8 years now, nonstop with only biannual vinegar soaks, and I know of a few others that have been running just as long. I'm going to replace it with an Sicce PSK SDC, but only because I want the upgrade to 24v. DC. If need be, I'd replace it with another psk1000 or psk1200 without a second thought.
