The Reef Mat is a plug & play, fully automated, smart fleece roller filter that keeps your aquarium water crystal clear for weeks at a time.
Designed with the hobbyist in mind, the ReefMat features an easy fleece-mat replacement system that allows you to switch rolls without having to remove the filter from the sump or turn off the pumps.
ReefMat includes a fail-proof solid-state level sensor and an unprecedented smart drive unit that controls and monitors the exact length of fleece-mat that is used. ReefMat is Wi-Fi connected to Red Sea’s ReefBeat smart aquarium eco-system and will notify you if the fleece-mat gets torn or runs out, gives you a head’s up before it needs replacing, and even provide you with a daily usage log.

This is the third different reef mat I have used and this one is so far ssuperior to the others. This thing works flawlesly!

So far so good
After a long wait on preorder, it arrived well-packed. Easy to install with the video as a guide. At this point, I’m 14 ft into a 114 ft roll and have no issues. The app works well and tracks usage.

Sooo nice
Install was a little work in a RedSea 625, but worth it. Water is a lot cleaner than when I used filter socks. Definitely worth the investment.

Awesome
This thing is awesome. I had the clarisea 5000 before this and it is a night and day difference. Setup is extremely simple along with changing the rolls, it's a very well thought out machine. My only problem was it didn't have as simple fittings for my 900 3xl since most were made for the smaller pipe diameter so I had to put a couple together to make it work. Overall one of the best pieces of equipment I have bought for my redsea, well worth it if your on the fence.

Red Sea Reef-Mat 1200 Smart Roller Filter 
Haven't been in the game the last 7 years but I found the same great service in aquacave as I did way over a decade ago happy to see a reliable and great company like aquacave is still around!
