I kept having problems with what looked like brown algae on the glass, rocks and fake plants in my African Cichlid. I added this to my Aqua Clear 70 about a month ago and the glass, rocks and fake plans show no signs of any algae growth or whatever was growing on them. It just works, and works very well. It will always be in my Aqua Clear from now on.

Quality product. Long Lasting
I use this pad in conjunction with magnavore pura filter pad in Eheim canister filter . water is as clear as drinking water & nitrites , ammonia & phosphorous levels are almost unmeasurable .
