very good not dead quiet but really good
i have had this pump running for 4 months on a 120g freshwater it is a very well built pump. i would over size your return line and try to add some flexible pvc to help with the vibration, a matt under the pump in the sump it makes a world of difference. the power of the pump is great. it nosier if plumbed inline so bet to keep it in the sump. i upgraded from a little giant 700gph and noticed the difference in water quality in days i went from 4x turn to aprox 11x turn over .i will be looking to get the sp6 to run my skimmer aquac 1000 skimmer and other plumbing parts on my salt water system
