    Great Heater Package

Posted by Donnie on Dec 13th 2024

I’ve used Finnex Titanium Heaters in the past. Was quite happy with it then for my larger tank. This is the first time I’ve had this heater. However, upon initial inspection, remote sensor seems good with plenty of options to mount, titanium heater looks great, controller looks good and easy enough to use. Like my last Finnex Titanium Heater, this one will be used on a South American Cichlid Tank. The one before was exactly like this one, and easily withstood its rowdy tank inhabitants. As for the ability to heat a 150gal tank, my last one did it easily. Our basement is finished but we really don’t heat it. It stays around 62 in the winter. These heaters kept the tank 78 all winter long with ease. So this was a no brainer. If you’re on the fence, give it a try. Aquacave has helped me find solutions to all my big tank needs. Thanks Aquacave
