Not a good product

I purchased this product from Aquacave. Everything about the purchase was great, Aquacave delivered on time... but the product itself does not come close to meeting expectations. The holes on the base plate are too small and don't allow for proper pellet tumble. I'm using a Sicce 7 SDC pump that has plenty of pressure, but there is negligble tumble at best. I sent an email to Bashsea around Febuary 15, 2025, but received no response back. I'm getting rid of this reactor and found a Nextreef SMR1 to replace it. Sorry Bashsea, I had high hopes!
