6-12 Media Chamber
To start, I felt I had to reinforce the bottom as the weight of whatever you put in is supported only by that lower ring attached by a rubber ring. I drilled some 3/8" holes in a piece of 4" pvc, cut off a 1-1/4-inch long piece, and put it below the lower support plate. After setting everything up, the lid leaked badly. I had to tighten the plastic lid screws with pliers, which didn't seem right. I contacted support, who told me to lower the pressure. I need the flow for my large tank, so that was of no help. I also asked for the thread size of the screws so that I could replace them with metal so that I didn't break one with the torque. They couldn't even tell me that. (The screws are 1/4-20.) I hoped for more at this cost.
