Seem to work
I have 3 of these. The first I gave to a friend and I can't say if the sterilizer is underpowered for his application of his tank keeping skills are suspect. The other 2 I've put on appropriate sized tanks of my own and I saw immediate clarity and more importantly I saw a marked decrease in diatom algae. The diatom is the primary reason I purchased the units and I would recommend them.
