There is just one snag with this regulator
This is a very nice, German-made regulator. Unfortunately, it has a problem, as follows: It attaches to CO₂ tanks using a knurled connector nut (standard CGA320 thread) rather than a hexagonal nut. You are suppoed to just use your fingers to attach it. And that's fine so long as the threads on the CO₂ tank are perfect. But if you pick up an exchange tank, that has been used for welding, and has been knocked about, the threads may be very stiff. And you can't use a wrench on the CGA320 nut, because there are no flats. So you have to take the tank back, or use channel-locks on the knurled nut (strips the chromium plate). Think you can get a die to clean up the threads on the tank? Try and find one!
