Works well.
This is probably the most important thing most people have plugged into their Apex. I'm perfectly happy with how mine reads and reacts. Another one that Neptune got right.

Great
I have multiple probes to monitor the tank, sump, and air temp. Probes can be calibrated with apex controller if needed. Probes have worked great for me and the apex controller lets me know if any of the temps get out of my set range.
