Replacement power supply for AquaIlumination SOL, Vega, Hydra, Hydra 26 LED Fixtures

One of my hydra 26s were acting funny. It was turning on and off. So i tried interchanging power supplies to see if thats the culprit. And lo and behold PS was the issue. Bought this unit and it has been operational for the past month.

We had been looking for quite awhile for this replacement power supply for our Aquaillumination Sol LED Light Fixture with no success. Took a chance with AquaCave and so happy that we did.

I purchased this as a replacement to my AI SOL. Looking at the picture, it seems the same as the original power supply. When I received it, I immediately knew the low voltage cable side was too short. It's only 5' long. The original is 10' long. The way my tank is wired/configured, this was a problem. I had to contact AI to receive a 5' extension cable. This should be available as a recommended accessory when purchasing this replacement power supply.
