When the Red LED is on, No power is on the timer
When the Green LED is on, Power is available on the timer
If an aquarium suffered a power outage, when power is reconnected, the skimmer may overflow because the water level is changed. We make this timer to solve this skimmer minutes when power is reconnected and other equipment have already worked for a while.It also can be used in situations that need some electric equipment to work for a short time lag.
