IceCap K3 130INT In-Sump Protein Skimmer 
This is one of the loudest DC skimmer I've had to date. On top of being loud on all speeds, speeds 9 & 10 also produces a surging noise that I'm addressing with CoralVue. Out of the box, the 4 base thumb screws do not tighten down and all the plastic and PVC parts feel cheap and fragile. I would avoid this skimmer if noise is a concern.
