Really Works
I have used many different types of sand, from dry to live with different outcomes. While the best advice in this hobby is to take things slow, sometimes you just do not have the luxury or patience. That being said, I have used this product with much success. I recently set up a 3 gal desk top aquarium at work and then a 45 gal AIO at home. Due to circumstances, I needed to set up both tanks as quickly as possible and could not sit back and wait the normal cycle time. I ended up using 2 bags in my 45g along with live rock, natural sea water and applied a bottle of bacteria for good measure. I let the tank rest over night and then added fish, coral, hermits and snails the following day. It has been about a month since I set it up and did not have any losses. Would highly recommend and will use again when the time calls.

Looks nice
I used this in my tank, it moves around a bit from my clownfish rubbing on it, but otherwise, it stays put. Definitely like it and plan to use it again in my next tank
