Seems to improve appetite and energy but don't expect a cure
This will not cure Ich or other marine diseases (garlic is not research based treatment for Ich despite anecdotal data) but it does seem to perk up my clowns and make them more hungry.

Great to entice fish to eat
I will use this on food when feeding newly acquired fish to get them to eat and when fish are sick and off their feed. It is a great product for that. I also believe there is some belief that it contributes to overall health so I will add it to my healthy fishes diet also. I have used the product for a number of years and am happy with it and can recommend it to others.
