Replacement Pad Kit, SMALL for GLASS Aquariums (Fits Piranha & Hammerhead Magnet Cleaners)

I have had The piranha for years and really liked it unfortunately my experience with the replacement kit and aquacave.com customer service was not great. I received the kit and the felt that goes against the glass was to large so I contacted Aquacave and went back and forth with Albert he eventually contacted Algea free and told me to wrap the extra fabric around the wood. I didn't want to do this because it looks horrible, what's the point in buying an expensive wood magnet if it looks horrible also I had to explain to them by wrapping the extra fabric around the wood it would cause the corners to rip right though the felt extremely quickly. It's really just common sense. If a company can't have pre cut replacement materials then what's the point in buying an expensive magnet. And why not just buy the material and cut it myself saving money. I ended up cutting the felt myself and it really doesn't look good. Algae Free use to have precisely pre cut felt and the material that goes into the tank. Not anymore its probably to save money it's a practice that's becoming to common in this hobby. I would just buy a cheap glass cleaner off of Amazon don't waste your money.
