Surprisingly awesome!
Wow, for the price I'm really surprised how it works so well. Yes, it does not float, but in its design I find it works better, MUCH better then other "floating" cleaners. What surprises me is the inside cleaning "pad" is like felt, it wipes/polishes algae, dust and sediment easily off the glass. After being amazed at how well it works I inspected other much more costly "floating" magnet cleaners only to NOT find the felt on the inside pad but instead the "hook" side of hook & loop tape ( i.e. rough side of velco ) on the inside pad.. .. there is NO WAY that rough of a surface on the inside of the glass can polish/wipe glass as effectively as that smooth felt. <br><br>If you have a larger tank then 55G id suggest the large version as the medium one works better on 1/4 or less glass. Don't underestimate this older tool
