MarcoRocks Reef Saver Dry Live Rock

I received the order as scheduled. It was well packaged and all the rocks were in great shape! Definitely will shop with Aquacave again. Very happy customer here.

I ordered 30 pounds of rock and received way more than I expected! The rocks were large and have a variety of shapes. Very porous and easy to mount frags to. Had a handful of rubble to throw in the sump. Well worth the price! Highly recommend!

Love my 4 lb rock it survived transport with only a few small pieces loose and there is a natural cool cave area.. it's all one piece and really cool

Great rock but the way it was shipped could be better. Received 3 packages, 2 boxes with about 45lbs each and an envelope with about 4 lbs. The envelope rock was pretty crushed by the time I received it. The boxes had some paper on the top that didn't provide much protection and therefore, some of the rock didn't make it in one piece.

I am using this product for my land hermit crabs (Coenobita clypeatus) and my tortoises (Testudo hermanni boettgeri) as a mineral supplement. I am pleased at how much they seem to enjoy gnawing them more than the cuttlebone that I used for the past few years, and with regards to my Eastern Hermann's tortoises, they perhaps like the fact that it does not have that smell (flavor?) that cuttlebone has. I got pieces of various sizes ranging from the size of my hand to about the size of a walnut. Highly recommended for tortoises as a mineral supplement and as much better alternative than the lighter, less rigid, and fishy-smelling cuttlebone in helping them trim their beaks. Also recommended for land hermit crabs to simulate their natural environments with naturally occurring limestone formations that they can also chew as calcium supplements.

Product came when promised with very little breakage. Good size pieces for what I needed. Would definitely order from aqua cave again for the rest of the items I need to finish my tank.

My order was very poorly packed. No wrapping around the rocks, just a little paper on the bottom and top of the box. Rock was sticking out of every side of the (single) box and most pieces were broken.<br><br>Customer service agreed it was unacceptable, but said there was nothing they could do about it.<br><br>Buy at your own risk.

Good price, it came in the size I needed and the was very clean. Was able to put together aquascape in 30 minutes.

I am very pleased with the 75 pounds of Reef Saver, which I purchased from AquaCave. I received 6 large and interestingly shaped pieces, which fit together nicely to make 2 island structures. The rock was very clean. While UPS beat up the box, the rock was not damaged and the few smaller pieces provided good addition to the islands. I recommend this product and AquaCave.

I ordered what I thought was 8 pieces of rock and got five but fine print might have said it was by the weight of the rock I didn't look over it all in all satisfied very good product. This is the rock I was send and it's in my tank looks very good clean and easy to work with will definitely buy more . And they were very good about messaging me and asking me if the rock arrives or not good place to order from all in all.

this stuff is clean and the real deal, in 6 weeks, you won't be able to tell it wasn't "live" rock to begin with, I recommend this product to all aquarists, reef or fish only, I love it, I'll never go back to the hitchhiker rock again....zero aiptasia guaranteed.

Ordered 40 lbs for a new tank to start not knowing what I would end up getting. Let them know it was for a new tank and I got perfect sized pieces. The rock is clean and will work great. Great price and will definitely be buying more soon.

I did not even clean the Rocks other than straight in a tank it was like if I clean them really no dirt,dust<br>Also I got what exactly I want it big pieces of rock Aquacave YOU THE BEST

Rocks came quickly and in-tact. They stack very easily and I was able to turn my 25 pound purchase into a pretty neat scape. No complaints! I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a dry rock option

The rock has been curing for at least a week now in salt water with only changing the water once. Water is pretty clear showing the rock was fairly clean. Can't be the value and pieces were good sized.

We received our rocks in a very timely manner. There were several sizes to choose from with the 50 pounds we ordered. They fit very nicely together and our fish are really digging the sneaky crevices the rocks create. I would highly recommend these for your tank. Enjoy

These prices beat out most local fish stores and online dealers when it comes to dry rock. Only from a local aquarist could you find a better deal. This rock is super porous, enough that I think even my dartfish will find a hidey-hole in here. But it's not too porous and I think some cryptic and light-avoiding forms of life from bacteria to worms will fund shelter here.<br>I'm cycling this rock, just in case but there really is no life on it. I just wanted to be on the safe side when it came to phosphates.

I purchased 100 pounds of this for my 65 gallon setup. I did not use it all but wanted to insure I got some good pieces to choose from. Well, ALL the pieces were awesome!

This stuff looks great and is very cost effective. I ordered 50 pounds for my 40 gallon tank. I probably should have gotten 75 pounds. It's pretty dense stuff so there isn't a lot of volume in 50 pounds. I have since changed to a 55 gallon and just ordered another 50 pounds. I'd recommend doubling or at least increasing your order by half.

I just received my rock and cant wait to start aquascaping with it. I ordered 100 lbs and received 104. The sizes are perfect for my 120 gal. I'll be ordering a lot more for my other tanks soon.

Not as natural looking as Fiji but will work since I plan to cover it with coral. A good variety of sizes were shipped and the price seems good.

This is just what I was looking for to start my saltwater tank. Reasonably priced rock that I can seed with some live rock, it really keeps the cost down. And it looks great in the tank!

The sizes of the rocks in my order were great. Not too big and not too small.<br>I've had this rock in my tank for 8 months now and it is perfect, in my opinion, for natural filtration in your tank. It has a very large amount of surface area because it is very porous and holey.<br>The rock is free from debris. I've ordered other similar dry rock elsewhere and it still had bits of dead plant on it.<br>But be sure to rinse it before you use it as it'll get dusty during shipping!

I absolutely love this rock and will continue to order it as its so easy to stack together and I love the consistency. It's super easy to break with a chisel if needed and best of all - its not being taken out of the ocean! My #1 choice from now on and recommend it to anyone. Plus you know you're not going to get pesky hitch hikers!

I ordered 10lbs to add to my live rock in my 55gal tank and its a lot more rock than you get when buying wet live rock at a pet store! I will continue to buy.

This price on rock is very hard to beat. They are big, clean rocks. Shipped 50# per box. So make sure your UPS guy puts them where you want them. Moving 200 plus pounds of rock is not as easy as you would think... for an old guy.

Price is great, shipping is very quick. I have expected rocks to be light weighted but they little on heavier side. Apart from this, rocks are porous and nice shaped. Doesn't require any cleaning and didn't leach anything so far.

This was my second 100 pound order and time after time I get incredible feedback about how nice my rock is.....Well I have to say that not only it looks good.....it's simply the best out there. Very clean and porous with great shapes. Why pay for water? just get dry rock and seed it with some old rock.....and don't forget....it's pest and algae free.
