How to redeem your AquaPoints:

 

1. Make sure to sign in to your account on AquaCave.com
2. Click on the Reward link in the bottom left corner of your screen. 
3. Click GET REWARDS tab
4. Under REDEEM tab you can convert your AquaPoints to a coupon code (min. coupon value is $10)
5. Once you convert your AquaPoints to a coupon, you can view your newly created coupon under COUPONS tab. 
6. Copy and Paste the coupon code in the the coupon field on the checkout page. 
7. You are ready to checkout with your discount applied.

 

Qualified AquaCave.com customers that are eligible to participate in the Program must be individuals, 18 years of age or older, who are not employees, agents, and vendors (including wholesale customers) of AquaCave.com, or their owners, affiliates, or family members. Qualified AquaCave.com customers must register with AquaCave.com by Creating an Account at the AquaCave.com website.  By creating an account, you agree to all of the Program terms and conditions as provided herein.

Earning AquaPoints – Qualified customers earn AquaPoints as follows:

• Earn 500 AquaPoints for Creating an account with aquacave.com
• Refer a Friend - You get 1000 AquaPoints / They get $10 Store Credit
• Earn 1 AquaPoints for every $1 you spend on aquacave.com
  

 

AquaPoints are earned based on the subtotal of your order and these AquaPoints are added to your AquaPoints account balance.  AquaPoints earned from your purchases or Bonus AquaPoints (extra AquaPoints earned as part of a promotion) will only be available after your order has been completely processed, shipped and payment has been received.  AquaCave.com will attempt to credit your account with AquaPoints on a timely basis. However, you are responsible for making sure that AquaPoints are properly credited. Any claim for AquaPoints not credited accurately must be received by AquaCave.com within six (6) months of the date of the applicable purchase along with supporting documentation. AquaPoints will be reduced for returned products.

• Bonus Points
  As part of promotions, we may assign Bonus AquaPoints to specific products. Sign up for our email updates to stay up to date on the latest AquaPoints Promotions. Bonus AquaPoints' expiration dates may vary. Please refer to specific promotions for more details.

Redeeming Points – Qualified customers redeem program AquaPoints as follows:

• The value of the AquaPoints is determined by AquaCave.com by using an exchange rate of both the actual monetary payments made on products to points and an exchange rate of points earned to actual monetary payments on future purchases.
• Redemption Rate at Checkout: 100 AquaPoints = $1
• You can redeem your AquaPoints in the AquaPoints section of your shopping cart. The option to use AquaPoints and their monetary equivalent will be shown to you in the Shopping Cart area of the checkout. Redeemable AquaPoints can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards. AquaPoints are redeemable on future orders only and cannot be used with current purchases on which the AquaPoints accrue.  AquaPoints have no cash value and may be surrendered for reward value only on AquaCave.com orders.
• Points can not be used for tax or shipping fees.

AquaPoints Expiration

AquaPoints will expire 365 days from the day the Reward Points are posted to your account. 

NOTE: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your AquaPoints balance changes when you either earn or redeem AquaPoints. This option is found in the AquaPoints section of the My Account area.

Managing My AquaPoints

You have the ability to view and manage your AquaPoints through your Customer Account. From your account, you will be able to view your total AquaPoints (and monetary equivalent) and a cumulative history of AquaPoints acquired, redeemed, and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and benefits for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding AquaPoints, including expiration notifications, if applicable.  By creating an account, you agree to receive Program e-mail communication unless otherwise specifically requested.  A customer may terminate his or her participation in the Program by contacting AquaCave.com.   In addition to the other terms hereof, AquaCave.com may terminate a customer’s participation in the Program if points are issued, received, or redeemed through misrepresentation, fraud, theft, conversion, computer/system error and/or glitches or other illegal acts or means, or violation of the terms and conditions of the Program.  Upon such terminations, all Program AquaPoints shall be forfeited immediately.  You may not sell, assign, make a gift of or otherwise transfer all or any part of your AquaPoints.

Modification, Suspension, and Termination of the Program
AquaCave.com reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, to suspend or modify the Program, including these terms and conditions, in whole or in part; to modify, limit, or suspend any Program offers and/or the use or redemption of AquaPoints in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the number of AquaPoints required for particular rewards; and to modify, limit or suspend the accrual of AquaPoints, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in AquaPoints values.  In addition, AquaCave.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate the Program upon 30 days prior notice to all active members or, in the case of termination where the Program is replaced by a similar program, immediately upon notice to all active members. In the event of such a termination of the Program, AquaPoints that are not redeemed by the termination date of the Program will be forfeited and may not thereafter be redeemed.
You should not rely upon the continued availability of the Program, or any earning, redemption, or other offers made in connection with the Program. All offers are available while supplies last, subject to any applicable cancellation policies, and are subject to change and/or revocation without notice.

Limitation on Liability
BY ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREED THAT AQUACAVE.COM , ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, MANAGERS, DIRECTORS, GOVERNORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, INJURY, DAMAGE, ACCIDENT, COST OR EXPENSE  OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES  (COLLECTIVELY, "LOSSES AND DAMAGES"), DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO (I) THE PROGRAM, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE PROGRAM; (II) ANY FAILURE, DELAY OR DECISION BY AQUACAVE.COM IN ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED BREACH OF SECURITY REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO THE PROGRAM; (IV) ANY OFFER, REPRESENTATION, STATEMENT OR CLAIM ABOUT THE PROGRAM, ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF THE PROGRAM; (V) ANY PRINTING, PRODUCTION, OR OTHER ERRORS IN ANY MEDIUM RELATED TO THE PROGRAM; (VI) ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO CREDIT AQUAPOINTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; OR (VII) ANY FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROGRAM COMMUNICATION.  THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF ONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES AND DAMAGES, AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE SUCCESS OR EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER REMEDIES.
THE MAXIMUM COMBINED AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER IN ANY CALENDAR YEAR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE MATTERS DESCRIBED ABOVE SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS ( $10.00).
IF ANY OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OR THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY DISCLAIMER IS FOUND TO BE VOID, INVALID, OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN SUCH LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND/OR DISCLAIMER SHALL BE MODIFIED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE ORIGINAL PROVISIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND THE REMAINING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

No Warranty
AQUACAVE.COM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM AND THE WEBSITE.

Governing Law and Interpretation
Your participation in the Program shall be deemed made, performed, transacted, and closed in the State of Illinois in the United States of America.   By enrolling in the Program, you agree that the laws of the State of Illinois in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern the Program and these Program terms and conditions.  The interpretation of these Program terms and conditions and any rules related to the Program shall be at the sole discretion of AquaCave.com.  AquaCave.com may assign its rights and obligations under this Program and such assigned obligations shall be the sole responsibility of the assignee.  This Program and the issuance of AquaPoints are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
