If your installing a threaded bulkhead this will work. If your using the uniseal bulkheads it's to big. The seals will drop out .

Received a day earlier than said I would. Cut the glass flawlessly with use of a guide and running water. Have to go slow to start and once the side of bit get into glass. Once the tip cleared, money all day.

Works like a champ, i used some plumbers putty to build a water wall, then went slowly and presto! Take your time, and its easy. If you any questions about cutting glass do a search, this tool works great..

Well, as a first time tank driller...It got the job done. I was actually surprised with how easy it cuts the glass. The finished edge wasn't pretty but that could be due to operator error. I drilled three 10 gallon tanks: First tank was drilled slow. Took a little while but got it cut. 2nd tank: Slow half way through then changed to fast. It got it cut. 3rd tank: I think I got a little impatient used fast speed the entire time. Got all the way to the end and it cracked the tank. So I think the slower speed is the way to go. (with a little patients)
