AquaCave utilizes a flat rate shipping method based on your purchase total. Rates apply to the lower 48 continental U.S. ONLY! Your order will ship via USPS Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground.

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 2-5 business days after the order is received. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS or USPS.

If you need to expedite your order via Next Day or 2nd Day Delivery Service Please Call us at 847-775-0640. As long as the item is in stock and you place your order before 3 PM Eastern Time, we can ship it the same day. 

Please call in all requests for expedited shipments to make sure your order will be processed the same day. 

We only charge actual shipping costs on all Air shipments.

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping promotion where most orders over $49.00 will ship with no additional shipping fees. This promotion applies only to orders shipped within the lower continental US.

Items marked as *Heavy Item* or *Actual Shipping Fee Applies* have additional shipping fees added to their price, these fees are not covered within this promotion. We reserve the right to end this promotion at any time without further notice.


Special Shipping Promotions

Sometimes we will offer Special Free Shipping Promotions to our customers who signed up for our email newsletter. Those promotions apply only to orders shipped within the lower continental US. 


Heavy Items

When purchasing Heavy Items marked with an asterisk (*) you will need to select the "Heavy Item Shipping Fee" option which will adjust the Item's total price by the indicated amount.

We utilize this simple system because we want you to know right in front how much you will pay at the time of checkout.


Delivery Signature Confirmation

Please note on packages exceeding the value of 500.00 $ will typically require a signature on delivery. All orders valued at 1000$ or more will require a signature every time and unfortunately, no exceptions can be made for this. If for any reason you believe you will not be able to sign for a package please inform us and we can make arrangements for the package to be held at a local UPS customer center for pick up. In the event we have to have a package held for pick up you will need to furnish a government-issued ID and you will need to sign for the package per UPS policy. 


Shipping Address Verification

Please note that for security reasons we can only ship to addresses that are registered with the credit card which is used for the specific order. If your shipping address is not registered with your credit card account, please call 800 number on the back of your card and request a secondary shipping address to be added to your account.


Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories require additional shipping charges.

For Credit Card Payments: The shipping amount indicated at the time of checkout will not reflect actual shipping charges. Please place your order and we will contact you to obtain your approval of the final shipping charges prior to the order processing.

For Paypal Payments: Please do not use Paypal checkout unless you contact us first to obtain the exact shipping fee for your order.

Local Pick-ups

We are always trying to accommodate local customers when it comes to local pickups, but since we are not a retail outlet each pickup order needs to be placed online or via phone, and pickup needs to be arranged ahead of time.


International Orders

You can use our shopping cart to place your order. As soon as your order is received, we will contact you via email with an actual shipping cost. 

Most international orders are shipped via Air Mail and Global Express Mail. For heavy orders to Canada and Mexico, we can use FedEx Ground Service. 

For all international orders, shipping and handling costs do not include export taxes, duties, or any other fees imposed by the carriers or customs. Those fees are to be the full responsibility of the buyer.


Out-of-Stock Items

Although we stock a high level of inventory, we do run out of stock on products from time to time. 

If any of the items on your order is out of stock we will fulfill the rest of your order. The out-of-stock item will be placed on backorder to be shipped as soon as it is available with no additional shipping charge.


Damaged Merchandise

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
